Convenient for our needs, extremely well thought about, clean property
Everything was superb.

Amazing 🤩
The property was clean and very well equipped. The location was excellent for seeing all the beautiful beaches and coves on the north coast of Cornwall. Rox was very welcoming and we appreciated the lovely bread butter jam and delicious Cornish biscuits and a bottle of milk. We would recommend staying here loved our stay and didn’t want to leave Cornwall ❤️

Total nett und unkompliziert beim Einchecken!Roz hat zur Begrüßung Selbstgebackenes Brot und Kekse hingestellt sowie Orangenmarmelade und Butter. Im Kühlschrank noch Milch und für das erste Frühstück Kaffeekapseln. Wir durften ihren Garten mitbenutzen und sogar alles was wir sahen Äpfel Tomaten.... Einfach nehmen und essen. Sie war da zum Reden aber niemals aufdringlich!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank Roz alles gute für dich!

excellent place for short or long stay
host was very welcoming ,very accommodating and very reassuring she would be on hand if needed beds very comfy spotless clean very well equipped with added extras home made bread and Cornish fairings plus milk in the fridge and some Cornish butter and homemade jam host went above and beyond nice quiet location

This is the perfect spot to travel around Cornwall and even Devon, with reasonable distance from most of the important places. Roz welcomes us with fresh, homemade bread, marmalade, and cookies, and we really appreciate it after a long journey. The place is very clean and has a lot of space, table, sofa with TV, washing machine whatever you need. Ohhh, and the garden with a view 🍀
