    Great communication, easy access and instructions. Great for a group

    Beds for 10 but dining and living areas couldn’t seat 10 at once. Not a major as only there for 1 meal but would be niggly for a longer stay

    Property was clean and tidy. Enough rooms for the amount of people that came from out of town. Closeness of all the amenities eg havelock north village, new world, cafes, te mata peak walk.

    Privacy from the neighbours that we were sharing the driveway with. No nettings in the dining room as it looked onto the driveway and neighbours property.

    Great company. Loved the downstairs bathroom.

    More comfortable lounge chairs. Rails up front outside steps. And definitely hand rail stepss from dining area to kitchen.
