    Location was great

    It was really dirty. We found cut nails on the ground. That was disgusting

    The apartment was within a km of the lake. A short walk to the main area.

    I selected the apartment and used the filter 'free parking' and arrived in Lugano early and wanted to get a shower ASAP. The parking was an extra CHF 100 and the early check in was offered CHF 30. The apartment wasn't clean (hair in the bathroom, glasses not clean,) and is in need of repair (bidet tap, bathroom panel). I requested a different apartment per email and didnt get an answer. The apartment was very warm and hasn't got air-conditioning, but a small ventilator. If you leave the windows open the traffic.will wake you. A minimal, cheap set up for too much money.
