Good amenities bad service
It good but only if you stay at least 3 days, better longer. The apartment itself is good - nice, spacious, clean, with balcony, quite. I would rate 5/5. But the client service is awful and that ruined the whole experience
the client service is awful and that ruined the whole experience. 1 - they don’t have automatic check in, you need to wait when the manager can come with keys, but the manager manages a lot of objects and super busy, so he comes when it’s convenient foe him (if you want the example to leave the luggage bed or check in). 2 - miscommunication. First one manager writes you, when another one, you don’t have clear understanding who is responsible. 3- the deposit, it was at booking so here o can’t complain, but!!! The charges me this 175 euros deposit for 1 night 1 person, and then didn’t unblock due a weak and stopped even answering me. Finally they unblocked but why the hell should I frozen my money for such a long time?
