Do not have any expectations especially for the onsen !
Extremely convenient if you want to go to Upopoi the next day. staff was polite and very nice.
The breakfast was not great quality regardless the buffet style. The onsen was disappointing. Having a shuttle service between the hotel and Upopoi Ainu museum will have been appreciated when traveling with suitcases and/or elderly people.

温泉に癒された快適旅
温泉がとても気持ちよかった。食事は、種類が多くて美味しかった。白老牛は美味しかったです。ただ、肉と揚げ物が多く、もっと体に優しいものも欲しかった。
食事は、早い時間帯に行くと、海鮮物の種類が多かったが、いったん人が多く入ると、残り物しか無くなった。

和室の玄関が狭くて、扉を開けても靴を置く場所がなくて困りました。
