    Studentato moderno, ma essenziale

    Il residence é moderno e pulito. Stanza ben insonorizzata. Parcheggio pubblico economico all'aperto a due passi. Bus e negozi nelle vicinanze. Semplice, ma comodo il bar davanti alla struttura per colazione o cerveza.

    Studios con spazi un po' stretti, da "studentato". Letto a una piazza e mezza (forse 130), adagiato al muro. Il bagno ha doccia, senza finestra né bidet, ed é fin troppo grande rispetto al resto: non é fornito di asciugacapelli, che va prenotato e restituito in reception, aperta solo dalle 16 alle 22, inspiegabilmente. Nel corridoio c'è sempre odore di cucina, ad ogni ora... Non c'è bar: solo un grande distributore automatico con bibite, snack e caffé nella hall.
