  In one word: AWFUL!

  The house is nasty, covered with dust and mold, fully equipped with broken rubbish furniture. It's much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Everywhere, you see dust and dirt. Sofa is covered with dirt and hair. Couldn't sit on it! Bathroom is all covered in black mold. Looks like never maintained. A lot of furniture are broken. Window handle broken. 3 clocks on the wall, all of them broken. Dishwasher terribly small. Not even a dish fits in it. Literally useless. Pots and pans, broken. If you have a car, check in instruction is not enough for you. Block C is inside a complex. Don't look for it on the street. Complex entrance though is located on the street in the North side. Don't look for a sign or such, there is no sign. Look for Cambridge school entrance. Park in front of it. Take the parking with green signs! Again, no name or instruction. Parking iteslf is a DARK MAZE! No sign, no guidance. My advice, go directly to P3 or P4 to find an empty spot. Careful with the poles, driveways are super tight and narrow. Once parked your car, try to find an exit (lifts are behind exit doors, obviously no sign!). It's complicated as each lift goes to a different building and you never know which one goes to building C!!! Try different lifts until you find the right one, then mark it for your guidance! The ridiculous part is that I sent a message to the renter and reported the confusing check-in instruction! They said it's the first time they are hearing this, no apology, no explanation! While you can find several reports of such in the review! Simply no manner!

  Ótimo local para uns dias no centro do Funchal, ideal para quem procura algo moderno e central. Excepcional para quem pe

  Apartamento moderno, o condomínio é excelente e totalmente de acordo com as fotografias. Localização ótima a poucos minutos da marginal e pontos de interesse no Funchal, rápido acesso à via rápida. O lugar de estacionamento é uma grande comodidade principalmente pelo acesso direto ao apartamento.

  Casa de banho necessita de uma ligeira renovação, nomeadamente no duche. apresenta algum desgaste e alguma humidade/mofo nas juntas e silicone do duche. Também sentimos necessidade de uma toalha de pés ao sair do banho, bem como mais toalhas de banho. Foi deixado apenas uma toalha por pessoa, em caso de imprevisto não existia nenhuma outra toalha disponível.

  Needs Improvement

  Great location! The living area was modern.

  My experience at this property was disappointing from the very beginning. On the day of our arrival, we had trouble finding the location. We called for assistance, but no one answered, and no one called us back. There was absolutely no support, which left a very poor first impression. As for the room, it had a strong smell of dampness and mold. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, with visible black mold throughout the shower cabin, including on the shower hose. The cleaning equipment provided was also dirty, which raises serious concerns about the property’s hygiene standards. It is impossible to clean properly with tools that are already dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope these issues will be addressed so that future guests have a better experience.
