    This condo was well kept, nicely decorated & functional! Great views! Highly recommend!

    The location was great to get around to all the shops and entertainment. We were even able to walk to Walmart, right across the street. There were multiple accesses to the beach, also within easy walking distance. The multiple pools were well kept and had an aesthetically pleasant atmosphere. I read several complaints about the elevators being slow. They actually run fast! The wait is because the property is large, 21 floors, and people tend to move about at the same time 10 AM and 6:00 PM, so it is congested, kinda like rush hour. We stayed Friday, Labor Day Weekend and the week, after Monday, it wasn’t an issue at all, hardly no wait times! As far as the actual condo, it was aesthetically comfortable and functional. We loved the washer and dryer, stocked kitchen appliances, cookware, and dishes. The views were fantastic, from front door balcony you get a lake view and front row view of the nightly light show on the lake, from the balcony you have a decent view of the gulf both left and right of the condo across the street! (Sunbird Condos are smack it the middle of the view) Still a beautiful view!

    While we were sent the code to access the condo, and it was ready early, you still have to go to the lobby to get your parking pass and wristbands for the property. We actually prepaid, yet the line was extremely long for those who prepaid and those who did not follow the directions were put in a different line and processed before those who had prepaid. That was frustrating for those of us in the longer “prepaid line”. Seems the property could put your parking pass and wristbands in the condo, if prepaid. This was the worst part of our entire trip. 😞 As far as the actual condo, we would have preferred an actual toaster, in addition to the toaster oven provided. A 9 by 13 casserole dish would be a nice addition as well, but I made one of the cooking sheets work. Guest could always pick up disposable aluminum pans at Walmart, which we almost did, so not that big of a deal.

    My Honeymoon was exceptionally peaceful and pleasant, although we did ask for any honeymoon goodies & did not receiv

    What I liked about this property is that, it was very spacious, with such a nice view!

    What I didn’t like about this property is that, it is a pretty long walk to the room, and had a little trouble with the lockly keypad, but once searching a video on how to open it on YouTube.. we finally got it !
