  My stay and overall experience at this apartment were very disappointing. First of all, the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. I arrived late at night, and there were no open supermarkets nearby. There was also no drinking water provided in the apartment, so I had no choice but to drink tap water, which I normally avoid in Skopje. The cleanliness was also below expectations. The kettle had a lot of limescale inside, as shown in the photo I provided. The dish sponge was dirty and already used. I had to contact the host and ask them to deal with both issues before they were resolved. The kitchen items were not properly cleaned either. Some cups were still dirty even though they had been put away as if they were ready to use, and the frying pan was also not clean. In addition, there were very few cooking utensils and basic kitchen items available. There was also a problem with the hot water. At first, I was told that the solar-heated water had simply run out, but eventually they had to send a technician during my stay to repair the water heater. Although customer service did respond to my messages, I was not satisfied with the way the situation was handled. The communication and overall treatment were poor, and despite all the issues I experienced, I did not receive a proper apology. Considering the price, this apartment is not cheap, and I believe there are much better options available in Macedonia for the same amount of money. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

  Сместувањето изгледаше како на фотографиите, а локацијата беше добра и практична.

  Чистотата можеше да биде на повисоко ниво, особено подот и бањата. Најголем проблем беше паркирањето. Иако паркиравме на улица на место каде што немаше забрана за паркирање, соседите ни се заканија дека ќе повикаат пајак-служба, па моравме да бараме паркинг на поголема оддалеченост. Исто така, за време на престојот немаше топла вода. Кога го пријавивме проблемот, домаќинот ни кажа дека е повикан мајстор и дека имаат проблем со системот. Разбирам дека можат да се појават непредвидени дефекти, но сметам дека доколку проблемот бил познат пред нашето пристигнување, требало навремено да бидеме информирани.

  Great location, cozy design, and lovely staff

  The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was easy to find, with safe and convenient parking. The beautiful design and high-quality materials made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay

  Beschreibung und Bilder des Angebotes suggerieren einen deutlich höheren Standard, der es vermutlich auch mal war.

  Nicht sehr viel.

  Sauberkeit des Bades. Alles in die Jahre gekommen ohne ausreichende Wartung.
