Location, services, everything in one place, suites kitchenette complete with everything required for light cooking.
Breakfast not included, restaurant a bit pricey and tables are bit too close together..

We had a one bedroom apartment, it was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped, although we only used the kettle and fridge. Good amount of hanging space and drawers. Big comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the bathroom to spread out toiletries, good water pressure for the shower. Used the washing machine, but were disappointed there was no clothes airer. We knew the location was on the edge of the town, but it was still easy to walk in to the town and find dinner and drinks. Loads of parking. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was great. Receptionist (Kevin) on arrival was super helpful, including recommending a fabulous place for breakfast.
No furniture on the balcony, which caught the afternoon sun. Restaurant/bar shut at 9pm, far too early for me on holiday. Restaurant didn't open until 11:30am, hadn't checked before hand but expected it to be open for breakfast.

Overall good value with some caveats. Summer season can be overwhelming with more guests using the amenities.
Great calm location beside Marina. Our room was in the newer building extension which was quite as compared to the main crowded section. This extension is connected to the main lobby and amenities via a corridor which is truly great. 2 paid EV chargers on site but Tesla Superchargers are just one minute drive in a strip mall across the main intersection. We haven’t tried the restaurant or spa so no feedback on those.
There is no tuck shop or convenience store on this property. No stores or convenience shops nearby, so guests either come well prepared or try their luck. :( I needed Advil and the reception guy advised to download DoorDash app to check if they can deliver one. The property must have basics available for guests even with a reasonable price.
