  Beautiful, well located property with some service concerns.

  Absolutely perfect location. Well located, quiet, close to shopping and beach. The apartment is large and comfortable with everything you need to be at home. The air conditioning worked fabulously. They provided a lovely welcome gift.

  There was an ant infestation in my room, we didn’t have hot water until the 6th day of our 7 day trip, the bath water was brown. The management service was confusing- sending messages asking the same questions in multiple channels and while they reply quickly, rarely received helpful answers or resolution. The person who checked us in didnt give us the front door code and it took one hour and five calls (with my family stuck outside) to resolve. Small point - It is on the 5th floor with no elevator - make sure that’s ok for you.

  Stunning apartment -all the rooms and living spaces were amazing very comfortable and well equipped and loved the roof

  Perfect location -gorgeous apartment

  It was 4 flights up and one of our party was recovering from an injury but the apartment was wonderful

  Wonderful relaxing stay

  Great location for Malaga Old town Very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Great facilities. Loved the roof top veranda with views of the cathedral. Great customer service and speedy response to any questions.

  Low hygiene for high price

  Great location. This accommodation is perfect for those who want to get to know most of the bars and restaurants in the center of Malaga. At the same time, it is convenient to quickly walk to the seafront and to the old fortress on the mountain. The accommodation is very spacious, the best thing for children - a lot of space. The layout of the accommodation is very convenient, a lot of light in the windows.

  The apartments are poorly maintained. It feels like they are not looked after. The rooftop veranda was absolutely dirty and not prepared for relaxation. Clouds of dust appeared on the floor after just two days. My wife had to clean and wash the floor several times herself, as cleaning is not provided. This is with such a high price as in a very expensive hotel. In addition, my child met a cockroach in the bathroom. And in the kitchen in the living room we chased termites. Many light switches do not work. The heater on the terrace was on the whole time we were staying and it did not turn off. I immediately warned the check-in staff about this after checking in, but no one came to fix it in 2 weeks.
