  العربية حجزت هذا السكن بناءً على تقييماته المرتفعة في بوكينغ، لكن للأسف كانت تجربتي مخيبة للآمال. أولًا، قمت بالحجز بسبب توفر موقف سيارات خاص، لكن اتضح أنه ضيق جدًا ولا يتسع لسيارتي (Peugeot 2008 موديل 2025) عند وجود سيارة أخرى بجانبه. وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء، كان الرد أنه لا يمكنهم حل المشكلة، وأن علي استخدام موقف عام وتحمل التكاليف. ثانيًا، انقطعت الكهرباء ليلًا بينما كنت مع عائلتي وأطفالي. تواصلت مع خدمة الطوارئ التابعة للمالك، واستغرق الموظف وقتًا طويلًا في أخذ المعلومات، وفي النهاية أخبرني أنه لا يستطيع مساعدتي وأن علي الانتظار حتى الصباح لإصلاح العطل، مما اضطرنا لقضاء الليل دون كهرباء أو إنارة. وبسبب انقطاع الكهرباء وعدم وجود الإنارة، وصلت إلى المطار متأخرًا ونسيت بعض أغراضي الخاصة وأغراض العائلة. وأخيرًا، بدلًا من الاعتذار أو تعويضنا عن هذه المشكلات، فوجئت بمطالبتي بدفع 15 يورو بسبب آثار خفيفة جدًا يمكن إزالتها بسهولة بقطعة قماش مبللة، علمًا بأنه لم يكن بإمكاني القيام بأي تنظيف بسبب انقطاع الكهرباء وعدم إصلاح المشكلة. أنا المتضرر الأكبر من بعثرة الأغراض، والتأخر في تسليم سيارة الإيجار، والوصول متأخرًا إلى المطار، ثم أتفاجأ بهذا الطلب غير المتوقع بدلًا من الاعتذار وتعويض المستهلك. --- English I booked this property because of its excellent reviews on Booking.com, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, I booked the property because it advertised a private parking space. However, the parking space was extremely narrow and could not accommodate my Peugeot 2008 (2025 model) when another car was parked next to it. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that they could not solve the problem and that I should use a public parking area at my own expense. Second, there was a power outage during the night while I was staying with my family and children. I contacted the owner's emergency support service, and after spending a long time providing all the required information, I was eventually told that nothing could be done and that I had to wait until the following morning for the issue to be fixed.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum a jednak w cichej okolicy. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne posiadajace wszystkie niezbedne sprzety. Duza zaleta jest parking, polecam jednak wypozyczyc nniejszy samochod, bo garaz jest waski.

  Beautifully furnished apartment and great location steps from the old town. Comfortable beds. It was good and quiet neighborhood, worked from home for a few days. Having a parking spot was essential.

  It is a bit dark inside but it’s understandable considering the narrow streets of the area. Parking is tight, I wouldn’t recommend coming with anything bigger than a hatchback

  Pulizia, arredamento, zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro, cura dei dettagli e disponibilità dello staff

  Mi è piaciuto tutto. Unico appunto (se cosi si vuol definire), la cucina non moderna rispetto al resto della casa. Ma ci tornerei cento volte😅
