Please note that the property has no reception. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. From 22:00 until 23:30 late check-in costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:30. Please note that gas, water and electricity costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption. Access to the Wifi network is free. For security reasons, authentication with your Facebook, Google or Twitter account is mandatory. Guests who does not have one of the previous accounts will not be able to use the free Wifi service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
