We stayed for 9 nights and loved it! Very comfortable, close to everything, and with plenty of space
Good location, with good restaurants nearby. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the area with good prices. Friendly neighbors, a quiet neighborhood and a residential area. Close to the metro and easy to find on the map. The apartment is spacious for two people, with a good-sized bedroom, a comfortable bed, a TV with an HDMI cable <3, a good bathroom, a large kitchen, and a good-sized table. The apartment is great, very comfortable, and convenient for visiting any part of the city. It’s located in Hatagaya, very close to Shinjuku Station, with just one station between Hatagaya and Shinjuku (about 7 minutes by train), and around 30–40 minutes on foot.
When we arrived, the floor was a little sticky, the air conditioning needed cleaning, and the dishes were not properly washed, as they had grease on the surface. The kitchen utensils are not the most useful for cooking, It feels more like a place to eat something you bought from outside rather than actually cook something that isn’t just heating up in the microwave or adding hot water. There could also be some simple welcome items, such as a large bottle of water, some tea, or instant coffee, simple things that would make the arrival more comfortable.

HIghly recommend - great value!
The size was perfect for me and would have been fine for two as well. It was spacious by Japanese standards. The air conditioning worked well and the shower and water pressure were great! It was a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and there were plenty of convenience stores and a grocery store nearby.
I would have appreciated some hooks in the bathroom area to hang the bath towels. It would have also been nice to have a small bath mat to dry my feet after the shower. A towel in the kitchen would also be nice. Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean.
