Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always willing to help, offering great advice and making sure we had a comfortable stay. The food was outstanding. They even prepared a delicious Indian breakfast specially for us upon request, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to return to this beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!

The best stay in our entire Sri Lanka Lankan Trip
It was the perfect beachfront getaway. The hotel is set on a peaceful, secluded beach, offering a true sense of serenity. The staff were exceptional, and their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a touch of luxury in every corner. If you're looking for a beachfront stay, Liya Beach is simply the best in town. Everything feels magical here, from the breathtaking views to the delicious food. I would happily give this property 11 out of 10 and cannot wait to visit again.

Horrible service and not worth the money
The beach view and direct access was great.
No housekeeping till you ask for it. The staff isn’t very fluent in English so if you only communicate in English and not Sinhala, that’s a bit tough. Food is horrible. They charge you for everything (water, towels, etc) after your first night or if requested more than what’s in the room (two of each when you check in).
