Geräumige Wohnung mit viel Verbesserungspotential
Die Wohnung war sauber und ist geräumig. .
Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten in einem der Schlafzimmer sind eine Zumutung. Elektrogeräte waren defekt (Toaster wurde zweitnah ersetzt, Ventilator ist uns erst zum Schluss aufgefallen), große Salatschüssel war gebrochen. Die Wohnung hat sich selbst im September unterm Dach derart aufgeheizt, dass ohne laufenden Ventilator an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hellhörig. In der Nachbarschaft war am ersten Wochende ein Hund zu Besuch, der immer abends ohne Unterlass gebellt/geheult hat, weil er wohl allein gelassen wurde. Schlafen ging nur mit Stopfen in der Ohren. Und zuletzt: ein Nachbar heizt wohl noch mit Kohle. Falls die Fester zum Innenhof morgens beim Anheizen offen waren, hatte man die Abgase in der Wohnung.

Tot perfecte.
Que estigues tant complert amb tots els útils d’una vivenda.
Que no tingues ascensor l’edifici. Aparcar al carrer.
