    Very convenient location for Brechfa and excellent price compared to other accommodation in the area.

    It had all simple things needed, it was clean and warm. Our stay was only short, and was as described.

    The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was nothing to dislike. It was as described.

    Beautiful area to stay

    Lovely place to stay. Well equipped. Quiet. I think it's bigger and nicer than the photos suggest. Very responsive host. Key safe for easy check in. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, you are within an hour of fantastic mountains, beach, forest and lively cities.

    No criticisms of the property but worth being aware that most of the walking forest trails in Brechfa forest are closed still but there were a few that were open. Some pollution issues in one of the local rivers so can't wild swim as freely as normal (check before swimming). Whilst we were there, there was some haze from wild fires.

    Would recommend

    Would definitely recommend, will stay there again, it was great value for money, we were informed of arrival information. It was clean and had everything we required.
