    Fine if you have no other options

    Good location close to Termini and metro, easy access to tourist sites Spacious apartment Elevator Last minute availability and price relative to some other options.

    Living area doesn’t match the photos. Furniture is really bad with torn sofas, broken chairs and a dining table that is with benches. Poor maintenance with a lot of issues, with WiFi that didn’t work at all for four days, missing lightbulbs, poor lighting and air quality, issues with the hot water (though they did send maintenance and this was partly resolved). There seems to be no investment in upkeep. Low ceiling in half the apartment, two of four bedrooms don’t have proper windows. Noise from the A/C Small bathrooms and showers

    Great apartment for larger groups which is well located to many main attractions in Rome.

    We were met at the property by one of the hosts who was really cheerful and informative about the apartment including all the do's and don'ts about the property. The apartment was clean and spacious and kept nice and cool due to the excellent aircon throughout the property (we were there mid August and the temperature ranged between 37 - 39 degrees during the day). It was located close to the main station and just 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. There is a tube (Metro) station 50m from the apartment which was great to help getting around the city. There is a good supermarket 2 minutes away and bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep.

    The kitchen could do with a few more items such as a juicer or blender. It had two irons, but we couldn't find an ironing board. Spare pillows would be appreciated as most people sleep with more than one pillow when they are in bed.

    On requesting our struggle with mobile charger they promptly provided with multi charger which suited all our needs.
