    Falta de mantenimiento.

    Sólo la ubicación

    Es una casa de campo vieja, pero no por eso tiene que estar sucio y descuidado. Al contrarío, tendrian que poner más atención.. Poca limpieza. Sólo había un pequeño ventilador para dos habitaciones y salón. Nos fuimos un día antes no se podía descansar había mucha humedad y olor a moho.El jardín lleno de broza, vinieron a posteriori a recoger algo. El protector de la cama estaba con pelos y sucio. Las toallas olían a humedad.el microondas ni lo tocamos. Al abrirlo habían granitos de arroz de los anteriores visitantes. Nunca vi nada parecido en otras estancias.

    Basic but convenient. Great location for birdwatching.

    The location is amazing. The house is an old cottage style with many farm antiques inside that help you imagine what life was like for the farmers. The huge eucalyptus tree keeps the house in the shade during the peak heat hours. The lounge chairs under the palm trees are a lovely spot for naps and reading. The showers worked well. The beds were comfortable.

    We stayed in August, and the nighttime temperatures were very high. Even though the eucalyptus tree prevents the top floor from heating up too much, it was still quite hot at night. A roof fan would have made the nights a bit more comfortable. The room downstairs also gets very hot during the day and at night, and there was only one standalone fan available in the house. The kitchen, especially the hob, was not clean and still had oil stains from the previous guests. The sofas in the sitting room need some attention. Some sliding doors and some windows don´t work so couldn´t be opened for ventilation.

    la ubicación es excelente .

    quizás invertir en mesa y sillas de jardín nuevas.
