Great host. Great location. Good pricing. Basic rooms.
We went in the off season. Very reasonable price and very basic accommodation. Close to the beach. Surrounded by greenery. The host was welcoming and patient.
There was a little hint of dampness in the room but nothing hazardous.

Best of the Best
The Hosts were extremely cooperative of the travel hapazards a tourist face. For example they were kind enough to give me early checkin and late checkouts as my Trains behaved weird on timings that day. Also the rooms were neat and clean and staff person Nakul was well behaved and mannered. The Owner Paul Lobo is soft spoken and very attentive to the minor points we highlighted during stay. Overall 10/10 , i would go again if i visiti south goa again. Location is perfect to cover 90 percentage of South Goa spots. More what you want ? :)
Near by stray Dogs in the locality, they are present everywhere in south goa. Need to take care when on Scooty or Walking. We got saved twice from getting bitten. But this has nothing to do with Lobo and staff , its more of municipality issue to manage stray dogs.
