Struttura strategica, molto ben tenuta rispetto ad alcuni competitors
Posizione comodissima per raggiungere le piramidi, inoltre sul terrazzo dove si fa colazione c’è una vista bellissima sulle piramidi. Personale gentile e accogliente.
Colazione a richiesta, nessun buffet. Nessun phon per i capelli in camera, no tappeto per la doccia e un solo telo doccia per due persone.

Short walk to Pyramids, lovely rooftop breakfast and friendly staff
The location is perfect, it's just 5-10 minutes to walk to the entrance to the Pyramids. The staff are very friendly and kind, and work hard, thank you to the young lady on the reception who made sure we got the correct room and allowed us to use another room until it was ready. They didn't push tours or services on us which we appreciated. Breakfast on the rooftop looking at the pyramids is really special, thank you very much to Mrs. Toca, she is so gentle and kind and made lovely food and coffee every day with a smile. The hotel is great value too. Room was clean and we appreciated three beds.
The room view is onto a building site, but then again you are in Giza which is full of construction so it wasn't a big deal. It would be great if noise could be kept down in the corridors (I think staff but maybe guests too) from 11 pm to 7 am.

La proximité des pyramides, la réactivité du du patron.
La non réactivité de certains personnels. Suite au non fonctionnement de la chasse d'eau nous avons averti le matin en partant vers 10h, en revenant vers 16 h rien n'était fait on nous a dit de revenir dans 1 heure, puis une heure après toujours rien là 'ous avons un peu peter les plombs et heureusement le boss nous a déplacer dans un autre hôtel très proche. Merci pour cela. Les problèmes peuvent arriver partout mais ne pas y remédier et commencer à le résoudre en 8h ça c'est inadmissible.
