Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Talha – ein sehr liebenswürdiger und netter Jugendliche. Die Lage des Hotels in einer kleinen Gasse, ist super da alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Pyramiden von Gizeh und das neue Ägyptische Museum ganz in der Nähe sind.
Das einzige Problem während meines Aufenthalts war das WLAN. Obwohl eine Verbindung da war, brach das Internet ständig ab und funktionierte nur für sehr kurze Momente. Das war wirklich nervig, sodass ich die meiste Zeit meine eigene SIM-Karte für das Internet nutzen musste.

le personnel très à l'écoute, agréable. La chambre agréable mais la salle de bain un peu bas de gamme. Une terrasse très sympa en roof top
vue sur les pyramides, pas vraiment car plein d'établissement devant donc à part le dessus et en plus de nuit, je n'ai rien vu. Il a fallu attendre 45 minutes pour le repas, beaucoup trop long quand on vient de faire un vol de soir.
