    Troppo caro per il servizio offerto

    Indubbiamente la struttura e la posizione con il panorama merita

    Non ci tornerei per varie ragioni . Struttura molto bella arredata con gusto ma la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Sia negli spazi comuni che in camera . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera non arrivava acqua calda e dopo aver chiamato sono arrivati non subito .quindi ormai avevamo fatto doccia fredda. Anche se ci è stato offerto cambio stanza con una più grande che comunque a noi non interessava ( abbiamo avuto comunque una disconfort, ci è stato fatto anche passare come un favore, avrebbe potuto proporre un sconto . Adiamo il pomeriggio in piscina e ci hanno fatto messo fretta per andav via già alle 18.30.non ho potuto usufruire della jacuzzi perché sporca . Nella nuova camera in bagno abbiamo trovato cestino della pattumiera con rifiuti dei vecchi ospiti. Qualità prezzo non linea

    Wundervoller Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht

    Wunderschöne Aussicht, alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und lieb. Das Anwesen selbst war wirklich schön und wir waren sehr gerne dort.

    Great view but needs a revamp

    The hotel has a stunning view. From the terrace you are overlooking the vineyards and hills of the wine region. The staff was super friendly and helpful and also patient with us as we did not speak Italian and they did not speak English. There is enough parking space and cities like Alba and Asti are quite close by car. The hotel is clean.

    The facilities are a little outdated. We had to change our room twice before we found one where the aircon was working. Overall there was a feeling of nostalgia and being put back into the 80ies. We tried the restaurant and found it a bit average compared to what the region has to offer. Quality/Price ratio is not favourable here. The pool is in real life smaller than what appears in the photos.
