    Da acomodação e localização

    Tivemos um transtorno logo na chegada porque nos entregaram a chave errada do imóvel. Já estávamos no local com as malas descarregadas quando percebemos o erro e tivemos que ir até o local do cofre buscar a chave correta, já que o carro estava estacionado em outro local. Além do inconveniente, estava chovendo e estávamos sem guarda-chuva, o que tornou a situação ainda mais desconfortável. Também fizemos reserva para 3 pessoas, porém o imóvel estava preparado apenas para 2: havia somente duas toalhas e não deixaram roupa de cama para quem utilizaria o sofá-cama. O mais decepcionante foi a falta de suporte e empatia da equipe: não houve pedido de desculpas, preocupação em ajudar ou tentativa de minimizar os transtornos. A acomodação em si pode até ser boa, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar pela desorganização e descaso com o hóspede.
