  The location was amazing and the studio itself was very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and kept in touch to ensure we had a great stay.

  Die Bilder spiegeln nicht den Zustand wieder

  Die Mitarbeiter des Cafés sind sehr nett und man kann direkt ins Zimmer bestellen vom Café. Personal war freundlich

  - Schimmel - extrem laut und hellhörig - Kakerlaken und Würmer in der Dusche - Licht funktionierte für über eine Woche nicht - keine Heizung Als ich ankam war alles voller Schimmel und es hat extrem nach den 100 Lufterfrischern im Raum gerochen. Der Schimmel wurde nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen habe entfernt und die Lufterfrischer ebenfalls - der Geruch blieb jedoch bis zum Ende meines 3 wöchigen Aufenthalts. Wenn man die Klimaanlage einschaltet kommen Kakerlaken durch die Lüftungsschlitze rein. In der Dusche musste ich zunächst mit Essig reinigen, da alles voller Kanalfliegen-Larven war. Es ist unfassbar hellhörig, man kann von der Querstraße jeden Fußgänger vorbeilaufen hören und ab ca. 5 Uhr morgens das Personal des Cafés ebenfalls. Gäste eines anderen Zimmers haben sich jede Nacht auf dem Gang zum feiern getroffen und sogar vor die Zimmertür erbrochen... Der Zustand des Zimmers ist katastrophal. Preis-Leistung passt nicht, ich glaube selbst in einem Schlafsaal kommt man tatsächlich besser unter als hier. Die Toilette ist nur mit einer undichte Holztür vom Flur des Cafés getrennt. Man kann demnach alles nach draußen hören beim Toilettengang... Die Bilder sind entweder schon sehr alt oder wurden retuschiert, es spiegelt nicht den Zustand des Raumes wieder. Ich habe sämtliche Probleme dem Host gemeldet. Der Schimmel wurde zwar beseitigt, allerdings sollte dies von Beginn an der Fall sein. Das Licht ist in der ersten Woche kaputt gegangen wegen Elektrikproblemen und es hat über eine Woche gedauert, bis es repariert wurde. Da das Zimmer sehr dunkel ist habe ich mir eine Taschenlampe besorgt... Das einzige Fenster ist direkt über den Müllcontainer des Cafés und es schließt nicht richtig.

  Comfortable and as described. Well equipped. Nice place for a few days!

  Very well equipped. You would struggle to want anything that was not needed for a short/medium stay. Nice touches with coffee and wine/chocolates. Hosts were engaging and lovely. Cafe staff (next door) lovely.

  Entrance lets the property down and did not do it justice. We were concerned upon arrival tbh! No safety deposit / safe (not listed tbf)

  Breakfast available but we didn't need it. Great location for us.

  Everything was good except booking.com did not provide good detail on its location.

  Convenient location and cost, lovely hosts, but damp is noticeable

  The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the location is 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Bondi, direct bus into the CBD, good cafes and shops around. The hosts were really lovely and really care about your experience, I couldn’t fault them! The kitchen has everything you could ever need, all the appliances and there’s a great laundromat 2 seconds away.

  The stay was really good apart from two things - it smells of damp, the hosts are clearly aware as there’s a dehumidifier, but the smell of damp was always noticeable. The cafe staff arrive around 6ish so if you’re a relatively light sleeper that’ll be when you wake up every day as the door to the bedroom leads directly to the back of the cafe.
