It was ok, not necessarily value for $ & don’t stay if want a good nights sleep at the weekend
Spacious & lovely views.
Noise at night of drunk people shouting, & driving loud cars up & down the road directly outside. Linen & unsuite smelt of cigarette smoke.

Beds and bedding were lovely and comfortable Kitchen and laundry well equipped Comfortable lounge furniture Heaters worked well Dimmer lighting was nice Nice view of the marina and close proximity to restaurants and pubs
Needs a tv, and a speaker or radio. Will need air-conditioning during summer as the Indian restaurant below the apartment sends spice smells from lunch time until after 9pm and its a bit much, you wouldn't be able to leave the doors open. The road is noisy with drunk patrons from 11pm to 4am Friday and Saturday. Needs better blinds, people can see in at night.

Amazing location. 5 minutes walk to lots of different restaurants. Lovely views. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Great having two bathrooms with kids. Was so convenient having a washer and dryer.

Best stay in Napier!
This place just instantly felt like home. We had everything we needed all right there including books and board games. And wow!!! The location is beyond epic. Couple of steps out the gate and you have multiple options to eat out!! Annnnnd it had 2 secure under ground parkings this was a huge and awesome surprise
The sound does echo and it's quite loud on a Saturday night being right opposite a bar and boat club --- but thats only for a couple of hours and then things go back to being quiet and tranquil
