    A lovely, more elevated option in Inverness with phenomenal staff and delicious food

    Private, gorgeous views and the space is incredibly charming. The staff and food were absolutely wonderful - an easy 100/10 for both. Everyone was eager and kind when we requested help or had questions and they weren't just respectful but genuinely engaged in conversation. The grounds are quiet, relaxing and absolutely beautiful. While some items are certainly due for repair or replacement, we did not regret our decision to stay here and we would happily return!

    Some things were rather worn down which diminished the feeling from some of the other more luxurious aspects of the room (examples: paint chipping, mysterious black gunk exploding out of a sink when we turned it on, turning the hot water on to shower required some forceful effort, tears in the wallpaper)

    Comfortable stay with good food. Shame about the shower.

    The location of the hotel is fabulous. The staff were helpful and efficient and the food was a good standard.

    There were two sinks in our room and one was blocked, (not a total disaster because the other sink was fine). Also, the shower temperature seemed to be stuck on very hot, making it impossible to stand directly underneath. This could be potentially dangerous so I reported it to the receptionist the following morning. She said other people had found the same thing but clearly, the fault remained.

    Kalt und vieles kaputt!

    Tolle Lage.

    Leider war bei unserer Ankunft die Heizung ausgefallen. Ok das kann passieren. Das Problem konnte aber erst gegen 23:00 Uhr gelöst werden. Wir warteten in der Lobby. Es war noch bis nachts um zwei Uhr sehr kalt. Wir haben weder eine Teil Erstattung und noch nicht mal ein warmes Getränk in der Lobby bekommen. Ansonsten fehlt im Hotel viel Farbe und es gibt viele reparaturbedürftig Stellen. Das Licht im Obergeschoss funktionierte gar nicht und die Lampe, die vor zwei Wochen kaputt war, habe ich auch noch mal fotografiert. Also auch dort wurde nichts getan. Dies spiegelt anscheinend die gesamte Geschäftsphilosophie wieder runter wohnen bis nichts mehr geht. Den Preis also nicht wert

    Eine sehr schöne Und stimmungsvolle Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

    Sehr schönes und stimmungsvolles Haus. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich. Auch die Aufenthaltsräume waren sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

    Alles war Bestens.
