    Spend 2 days arguing with staff over their mistake

    The property was great; it was the customer service that completely ruined the experience. The system charged us twice, and instead of enjoying our stay, we had to spend time arguing with the manager. Without investigating, she kept gaslighting me, saying I was wrong and that no money had been charged. Once they looked into it, they found that it was indeed a mistake and returned the money. That’s not the issue, tech problems happen. it's very rude argument for two days, which completely ruined the experience... On top of that, please be aware that you’ll need to leave a deposit, clean the dishes, take out the rubbish, and take care of all the Airbnb things, even though you booked through Booking.com. I would love to recommend it, but I can not

    Just what we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay

    Loved the fact that on arrival, the heaters were on and there was gentle ambient music playing on the TV. It felt welcoming after a long drive in nasty weather from Ocean Grove.

    The lounge in the upstairs apartment really needs replacing. It has no support left in it, was uncomfortable and extremely hard to get up out of. Ended up not using it and sat in the dining room chairs.
