    Perfect location and really beautiful, atmospheric flat. We hope the key problem has been dealt with

    Truly fantastic location, and spacious, shady flat with even an outdoor terrace.

    The key we were given did not open the downstairs door! We were lucky if someone else was coming into or out of the building at the same time -- when there was nobody else, we had to phone the host late at night to let us in remotely! Also, there were 2 empty bottles of laundry fluid above the washing-machine, and no washing-up liquid in the kitchen. When we asked for some, we were given a bottle of washing-up liquid the size of a small perfume-bottle.....
