    Best stay in Rome.

Our hosts, Jean-Pierre and Eugenia Ruspoli, welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt like part of the family. We’ve stayed at many wonderful places throughout our trip in Italy, but this experience was truly exceptional. The attention to detail, comfort, and care went above and beyond our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and are already looking forward to returning to Rome to stay here again!

Spectacular accomodation with wonderful hosts!! Highly recommend.

Gianpiero and his wife were wonderful hosts, they made us feel part of their home for our stay in Rome. The whole accomodation feels like you’re staying in a home rather than a hotel room which was lovely. The room is spotless and had fresh flowers when we arrived. They were hosting a small birthday party on one of the days we were there and we were brought some leftover snacks/cake/wine which was above and beyond!

    Absolutely nothing!

    Perfect place for Rome Trip

An absolutely stunning stay! This place is gives me best b&b experience I have ever had. The room is eautiful decorated with antique artwork pieces. House located in the ancient area of Rome with a beautiful large garden and pool. Staying in the villa alone is very relaxing. The distance to sightseeing spots are also very convenient to reach either by car or by bus. We would like to come back again next time for the visit of Rome. 😊
