Cheap & cheerful unit that needs improvement
Excellent location on a very nice street. Property overall was value for money but only just . I think the price paid justified the many shortcomings of the unit.
The property is in need of much better lighting especially in the upper area. The kitchen & cooker were not clean . The bed frame , sheets & mattress need updating. The bath tub is ridiculously deep making it impossible to reach the shower controls without stepping into the bath & at 6 feet tall it was difficult to even get in or out of the bath. To access the bedroom from the living room you need to use a steep spiral staircase.

Loft was clean, well equipped and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Best for a 2 people.

L’emplacement et l’accessibilité
La salle de bain a aire ouverte. La vue des voisins sur la salle de bain et la douche. Le concept manquait d’intimité.
