    Custo Benefício bom para quem quer ficar sozinho

    O loft é exatamente como descrito nas fotos, uma vista linda, bem decorado e super bem equipado (tem todos utensílios domésticos necessários e máquina de lavar ...). E são disponibilizadas amenidades que facilitam muito pra quem está de passagem (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, detergente, sal...). Contudo, tem de estar atento a segurança e não recomendo para alérgicos devido o elevador.

    O anfitrião pediu meu documento e fez um contrato a parte do Booking, o que me deixou com uma sensação de insegurança. Apesar da localização central, perto de estações de metrô, padaria e mercado, não me senti muito segura na região. O pior foi o elevador, cuja ventilação não tinha filtro e não devia ser limpo há milênios, tenho rinite e na primeira das três noites que fiquei lá já fiquei ruim, com coriza, nariz entupido e até dor de ouvido. Não recomendo o local para alérgicos. O ventilador não estava funcionando, e ligar o ar condicionado só piorou minha rinite, dificil. São disponibilizadas amenidades mas tenha atenção, o café estava mofado (avisei o anfitrião).

    Atendeu a necessidade muito bem.

    Ponto positivo: é proximo do metro e uma bela vista

    Como é um bairro tambem proximo do centro, tem muita sujeira e morador de rua. Sobre o loft, o colchao poderia ser melhor, mas de maneira geral, é uma boa opcao para hospedagem porque tem metro bem pertinho
