    Bem localizado, ao lado da vila germânica, garagem de fácil acesso, prédio seguro.

    Limpeza deixou a desejar, mofo nas paredes, wc sujo. Roupas de banho muito velhas . De cama manchadas. Persianas amassadas q não dão conforto ao ambiente,

    Não possui lava e seca, só uma lavadora e muito danificada como o fogão elétrico também. Sem estendedor de roupa. Bom para 1 ou 2 dias.

    O apartamento é legal, confortável e bem localizado.

    Havia muito mofo acumulado na parede próximo da cama e bastante poeira na mesa de cabeceira.

    Convenient. Lacking items for keeping warm on cool nights.

    Good location. Walkable to Centro, close to Vila Germanica. Apartment was fitted out OK.

    Cooking is basic: portable hotplate, microwave, no oven September has cool nights, but there is no heating (air con has no heating function; I have encountered this in other southern Brazil apartments. Strange oversight, given winter nights can be cool even here. Pot luck with every apartment; some have a heating function, some don't) The bed was supplied with one THIN blanket, barely more than a sheet itself. We had to throw clothing on top to provide decent warmth most nights. The shower floor does not drain completely and is very smooth. With a little shampoo/soap in use, I felt at risk of slipping. The shower at least needs a grippy mat. Drainage would be difficult to fix, I suspect.
