    Good location, close to Ipanema and Copacabana beaches.

    - There was no water in the bathroom or the kitchen for one day. The owner didn’t even try to notify me or help in any way. What a wonderful surprise after returning from the beach. - The sinks weren’t draining properly. Faucets are a bit rusted and covered in limescale. - Not sound proof. A lot of noise coming from the same building. - The door can be unlock with a password. No extra bolt or security chain inside. Overpriced for the condition of the apartment.
