Schlimmer geht’s nicht.
Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut, wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schmutzig. Geschirr musste vorm Benutzen erstmal abgewaschen werden, man konnte es sonst nicht benutzen (schmierig/klebrig). Den Wasserkocher konnte man auch nicht benutzen. (Total verkalkt/schmutzig). Im Waschbecken waren Haare. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und roch muffig. Geschirrtuch war voll mit braunen Flecken. In den Mülleimern, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad war noch der Müll vom Vormieter. Lattenrost war gebrochen von dem Einzelbett. Werden Mängel benannt, wird vom Vermieter unterstellt, man hätte die Flecken in der Bettwäsche selbst verursacht, um den Preis zu drücken. Oder man ist abgereist, weil einem das Wetter nicht gefallen hat. Einfach unmöglich solche Äußerungen.Auch aus alten Kommentaren ist zu lesen, das bei Schmutz entweder die Putzfrau schuld war, die dann entlassen wurde oder die Mieter sind unmöglich. Weiter wurde vom Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass man bei 60€ für die Endreinigung nicht erwarten kann, dass das Geschirr gewaschen werde. Das wäre das Risiko einer Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt war die Wohnung einfach nur eklig.

Viel Platz für 8 Leute und gute Lage, um Wismar zu entdecken.
Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sollten etwas dunkler sein, wenn dort jemand schläft. Insgesamt ist die ganze FeWo irgendwie wild eingerichtet. Nicht so ganz gemütlich. Ich kann es nicht beschreiben und ist auch sehr subjektiv.
