Upgrade lighting and some sound insulating and it would be perfect.

Location was excellent. And the apartment had everything you need.

The lighting in the apartment is awful. It’s dark in the sitting area with up-lights mounted in the floor that give off no light. If you open the curtains you are in full view of the street. The kitchen was in a cupboard set up which was good but had no lighting in it so at night was completely unusable. The apartment next door is owned by same people. And you hear every single word they are saying as clear as if they were in the room, therefore they can hear you. The entry system is via an app which is a pain because internet is spasmodic. Overall a nice place but too much form over function that doesn’t work.

Very modern loft in one of the central streets of Assisi.

The loft is located in one of the central streets of Assisi. Everything is just a few steps away.

The fully online check-in is very modern but only possible with mobile phone. What if the mobile phone does not work (with no charge, for example)?
