Genial
Die Lage ist genial und das es einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür gibt ist schon sehr fein. Der Kontakt zu Simone, dem Vermieter, ist hervorragend und super freundlich und angenehm. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles was man braucht (fast ;-)).
Ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch super. Dann wäre die Wohnung, aus meiner Sicht, noch perfekter. Das aber nur aus reiner Faulheit.

Il soggiorno è stato veramente confortevole, una casa molto bella e dotata di tutte le comoditá.
La casa era molto ben tenuta, piú grande di quanto ce l'aspettassimo e dotata di molti comfort. C'è la macchinetta del caffè, il microonde, piano a induzione, per non parlare della vasca idromassaggio, le televisioni, il doppio lavandino e i due ventilatori. Un'altra parte molto bella è il patio esterno, dotato di tavolino. Riesce a garantire la privacy nonostante sia affacciato sulla strada
Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltá con la lavatrice e la comunicazione con l'ospite non è sempre stata efficace (ma comunque positiva, ci ha sempre risposto e molto gentilmente). All'arrivo abbiamo scoperto poi che il posto auto era in comune con un altro appartamento e non abbiamo quindi potuto usufruire del servizio. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nelle vicinanze. L'unica nota effettivamente negativa, rispetto a questi piccoli inconvenienti, è l'orario del check-out. Esso è previsto entro le 12, tuttavia abbiamo dovuto lasciare prima l'appartamento perchè si è presentata l'addetta alle pulizie dicendoci di uscire.
