There was no stay. First time it was quite uncomfortable, second time he took the money and cancelled the booking.

It’s one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had.

It’s poorly remade loft. I stayed there once - host was unresponsive and careless. I booked it second time - as apartments are hard to find. I was delayed for couple of days in Rome - kept n contact with the host, he rudely responded to me and my family and the night I came he cancelled booking without explanation. I paid for a month, no answer or refund came and I had to book another apartment. Host yelled that I paid booking and not him and he doesn’t care. Well, not much to add.
