Luisa, la anfitriona, es genial ! El apartamento es muy cómodo, cerca de todo, y no dejen de aprovechar la excursión que roberto, su marido, hace por Capri. Todo fue mejor de lo esperado. Muchas gracias !!!!!

Die Wohnung und noch dazu das Schlafzimmer liegt an der (auch nachts) viel befahrenen Hauptstraße.mit vel Lärm und Gestank. Lüften bringt keine Frischluft.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort fehl am Platz. In die Altstadt geht es entlang dieser Hauptstraße mit z.T. extrem engen Gehwegen - kein Vergnügen. Der "Balcony".im Namen der FeWo ist klein und beherbergt Waschmaschine und Mülltrennsystem; Platz zum Sitzen und Balkonbestuhlung fehlen entsprechend; aber ohnehin ist es auch dort verlärmt.

Beau petit appartement sans balcon loin du centre.
La gentille hôtesse est venue nous accueillir personnellement et nous a expliqué l'essentiel du fonctionnement de l'appartement puis nous a montré les principaux points pour nous repérer dans la ville. Elle nous a aussi suggéré des excursions et nous a proposé de nous aider au besoin, ce qu'elle a fait. Le lave-linge nous a été fort utile mais, comme il n'y avait pas de sèche-linge, c'était plus difficle pour le séchage ...
Le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de balcon alors que dans la description il était indiqué : « balcon avec vue sur le jardin ». De plus, nous étions loin du centre et encore plus du port et le secteur était très bruyant. Il aurait été apprécié qu'on change les serviettes au bout de 2 jours puisque nous étions là pendant 4 jours.

Clean comfortable and plenty of room. A kitchen also allowed us to cook and eat in.
The location was very good, plenty of room with easy access to transport. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property also provided a kitchen, which enabled us to cook there.

Wonderful stay
The facility is very clean and spacious. Each room has its own AC with total 3 ACs in the apartment. Kitchen is well stocked and the host is very proactive and responsive. The bed is super comfy. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby offer wonderful food at the reasonable prices.
The location is at least 10 minutes walk from the train station.
