    Omdat de airco, die overigens uitstekend werkte, beneden hangt, blijft het bovenin waar het bed staat (Loft) tocht te warm

    Overall, disappointed with the accomodations

    I was informed at 10:30pm the night before check-in that the air conditioning in Loft Verdi was broken and I was assigned a room in Palazzo Verdi a B&B managed by the same owner. I asked about the room, but did not receive a reply and was told I could contact booking.com to find another place to stay. Since I was not left with much time to make alternate arrangements I opted to take the room in Palazzo Verdi and therefore my review is related to my experience with Palazzo Verdi.

    Upon my arrival the host was very friendly and accomodating, but the room was disappointly small. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room which was a problem given the heat wave Italy was experiencing during my stay, and the light fixture over the sink in the bathroom was broken and blinked continuously making it impossible to see and get ready in the bathroom. In addition, I woke up to the neighbors snoring in the middle of the night. The breakfast was average with various pastries, some fruit, and coffee & juice. Although the host was very friendly and willing to provide information on nearby sites, I would not stay here again.
