    Great stay and Wanda was a phenomenal host, making a great breakfast with lots of insight on the area. The place was very homey— our double suite was far larger than we could’ve needed with a full two beds and bathrooms, a living room, two porches, and a kitchen. It’s a very quiet area and beautiful in the fall. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the finger lakes!

    Peaceful Nature

    Secluded (and therefore quiet) location. Welcoming and helpful hosts, great breakfast, very clean. We recommend the Balcony room ( large bathroom).

    Fairly long drive to dinner locations.

    It was beautiful staying at this bed n breakfast.

    The breakfast was extremely delicious and the owner, her daughter and grand daughter are such beautiful ladies.

    The sulfur smell of the water.

    Excellent place to stay and enjoy the nature, 20 minutes from Ithaca

    I loved the location in the middle of the woods with a pond and very nice wood garden. The place was a full apartment with two bedrooms not just two beds with a Japanese theme. The whole property had wood log walls and log beds. Our hosts Wanda and Sarah were very nice and welcoming. And the fresh breakfast with apple pancakes and crepes, fresh vegetables from their own garden made us feel like home.
