An authentic florentine experience in a vast beautifully decorated palazzo.
The enormous bedroom size with separate huge walkin robe and large bathroom was well received. The proximity to excellent osterias and bars was also great. The traditional decore and breakfast will long be remembered. I will stay here again next time I am in Florence.

O lugar parece um sonho!! A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, a equipe de limpeza é simpática e deixam tudo cheiroso e limpinho pra você! A localização é maravilhosa… Fomos muito bem tratados. Me senti como uma princesa aqui! Não vejo a hora de voltar

The food was very good and service was excellent. The breakfast room was bright and very appealing. We had drinks one evening in the lounge/lobby area that was very pleasant. Staff at the desk and cleaners were very good. Location was excellent.
Our room was quite small and not reachable by elevator. We were not told this at checkin. It required an elevator ride and a confusing walk to a back set of steep stairs to reach our floor. The room was small but very bright and clean.

Our least favorable lodging experience in Tuscany.
Close to the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo
Very old creaky moving floors. In an annex building down the street. Not the best breakfasts. Super high up bed.
