2食付のプランでしたが、夕食朝食とも美味しくまたスタッフのサービスも丁寧で素晴らしかったです。また大浴場も清潔でサウナや露天風呂ありで湯上がりのアイスなどのサービスと共に満足できました。宿泊されるなら2食付きのプランがお勧めできるホテルだと思いました。

고객을 배려하는 세심함이 있는 호텔. 베개와 목욕가운등이 사이즈별로 잘 정돈되어 있고 어매니티로 다양한 옵션을 선택할수 있었고 룸과 욕실 청결합니다. 디너포함으로 했는데 음식 좋습니다. 직원서비스 당연히 친절합니다. 추천합니다

とても良い宿です特に食事は絶品！北海道を10日間過ごした中で1番食事が良かった！美味しいですもう少しお風呂がキレイなら100点！でも、レストラン給仕の若い男性の対応が素晴らしいかったので、やはり100点を付けたい、あの対応だけでも再訪する価値がありますありがとうございました

静かで、香りよく、時がゆっくりと流れ、サウナはNO1 スタッフの対応もNO1・全国旅行して歩いた中、不思議と癒されるログホテルでした。スタッフの対応が特に好印象でした。記念日の宿泊でサプライズは素晴らしいです。ありがとうございます。
