    Beautiful spa and a very special architectural experience

    Excellent service at the bar and restaurant by a French man. Thanks! Also the spa reseption lady was very welcoming and polite.

    The lady at the reseption was almost rude. She told us the restaurant was fully booked and was not very willing to help us at all. The French man at the bar saved us and found us a table. Also she did not find our Bike reservation even though we made it a few months ago. Our room was not ready when we arrived and she did not suggest us what we could do while waiting for the room. She was not up to her duties.

    Pool mit langen Öffnungszeiten. mitten in den Weinreben Liegestühle, Gute Ladestationen, einmaliges Frühstück. Super Lage.

    1x war nicht aufgebettet, Toilettentür im EG defekt und nicht repariert. Nur eine 2. Toilette Im Wellnessbreich in Betrieb, absperren der Toilette ist wie in der Steinzeit mit einem Hacken , Kellnerin im Servicebereich war überfordert. 2 Kellnerin konnte kein Wort deutsch und konnte nicht einmal einen Spritzer weiss herrichten. In einer so prominenten Weingegend wie Langenlois muss das das erste sein was sie können und verstehen muss. Sorry aber das ist die Midestanforderung auch bei neuem Personal.

    Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal beim Empfang freundlich, aber sehr langsam. Ich musste ca 20min warten zum einchecken obwohl nur ein Paar vor mir war.

    Beim Frühstück war leider die Kochstation geschlossen somit gab es kein gekochtes Ei oder Omlette. Der Teppich auf den Stufen ist ganz schön schmutzig.
