  Vill egentligen inte ge det här boendet så många poäng! För jag vill ha det för mig själv ;-)) . Har aldrig varit någon större entusiast av hostel, och använde LOKAL BALI HOSTEL pga läget som en snabb övernattning till nästa ställe. Men oj vad jag hade fel! LOKAL BALI HOSTEL är ett otroligt rent och fräscht ställe där även om man är fler i samma rum, känns som man har ett eget rum pga stora sköna sängar med draperi, som gör att sängen upplevs som din egen borg. Ren pool, rena rum, ren bra restaurang. Allt är topp fräscht! Och som bonus är personalen otroligt hjälpsamma och service minded. Men en som sticker ut, och som man måste ge en extra ros i rabatten är till denna underbara kvinna UTI! Som med ett leende styrde upp och fixade vad du än frågade om. Hade även äran att träffa ägaren som var så super mysig och nyfiken om hon kunde göra ett super ställe ännu bättre (hatten av för sådana ägare). Nästa resa jag gör kommer jag definitivt ha LOKAL BALI HOSTEL som utgångsläge (övriga hotell blir sekundära) inte bara därför att det ligger bra till eller att det är rent med världens bästa personal och ägare. Nej! Mest för att du bara känner dig hemma där. Tack LOKAL BALI HOSTEL hoppas vi ses snart.

  Bäst!!!

  I honestly don’t want to give this place such a high rating—because I want to keep it all to myself! ;-)) I’ve never been much of a fan of hostels, and I only chose LOKAL BALI HOSTEL for a quick overnight stay before heading to my next destination. But wow, was I wrong! LOKAL BALI HOSTEL is incredibly clean and fresh. Even when sharing a room, you feel like you have your own private space, thanks to large, comfortable beds equipped with curtains—making your bed feel like your own little fortress. The pool is clean, the rooms are spotless, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything is in pristine condition! As an added bonus, the staff are incredibly helpful and service-oriented. One person who truly stands out—and deserves a special shout-out—is the wonderful Uti! With a smile, she handled everything and sorted out whatever you asked for. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was absolutely lovely and genuinely curious about how she could make an already fantastic place even better—hats off to an owner like that! On my next trip, LOKAL BALI HOSTEL will definitely be my base (other hotels will just be secondary options). It’s not just because of the great location, the cleanliness, or the world-class staff and owner—no, it’s mostly because you truly feel at home there. Thank you, LOKAL BALI HOSTEL—hope to see you again soon!

  An oasis from the scooters and crowded streets of kuta

  The hostel is clean and well decorated. Like a small oasis from the scooters and crowded streets of Kuta. The staff are super nice and friendly. The rooms are comfy, have aircon and privacy curtains, super quiet. Showers are hot and good water pressure. The pool is well maintained and perfect temperature. There is alot of area to work or chill. The cafe on site has good food. And there's super cute kittens rhat hang around! Location is great for access airport. Its about a 20 min walk so you dont even need to get a scooter/taxi ride to your accomodation if you don't want. Its tucked back away from busier streets which i found to be a good thing because food nearby is cheaper and streets are less crowded. You can easily get to those spots via cheap grab bike.

  The only thing I'd love for them to have is letting us use the kitchen to cook. Though food in Bali is relatively inexpensive especially if you go to local warungs. We can use the fridge for storage and some of the utensils though. Location is a bit far from more popular spots but I wasn't too concerned with that for this trip.
