    Great all round experience, cannot fault, will be back early next year.

    Breakfast on both days were fantastic, being former caterers, appreciated the quality and presentation, more than plenty of everything. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and lovely private en-suite bathrooms. The owners were very professional and great hosts, will certainly be back as our grand daughter is at university for for 4 years. Ideal location for St Andrews, only 25 mins away, and ample parking spaces outside. A big well done.

    There was nothing we didn't like, very happy.
