    Lady on the first morning was very helpful and gave us a much better room

    Proximity to lake

    Very Loud music a Most of day and late at night. Arriving late it took 45 minutes to check in due to mix up given a grubby room with no window

    The location. The room size. The restaurant had great food but small portions. The pools were nice looking and had a slide.

    The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
