Basic but acceptable
Clean and tidy. Good shower. Kitchen had all basic requirements.
There was no living room therefore difficult for 4 adults to relax, chat etc

Utterly disappointing and misleading - do not book / be ready to face disappointment
I had booked this 2 bedroom apartment and without any message or communication, they sent us to a Studio apartment with 2 double beds. It was extremely uncomfortable. As an “apology” they agreed to give us 20% off (on a £178 a night property). I’ve been trying to get hold of them to process the refund since the last 3 days but to no avail. They keep replying “reported to our manager”. There is no ounce of remorse in the way they have treated me and my family. None of the photos on the property listing are the way they were in real life. Utterly disappointed and would urge no one to book this place. I’ve now raised a complaint with booking.com to issue a full refund and report this listing.

Excellent location, close to Angel and Old St tube stops, 15 mins from Euston, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
