Posizione fantastica per stazione metropolitana e per partecipare agli eventi presso il centro excell
Quando siamo arrivati ore 18 del pomeriggio l'appartamento non era ancora pronto, la polizia non era il top alcuni dettagli all'interno dell'appartamento sicuramente possono essere migliorati perché si vede che non è stata fatta molta manutenzione

The Pictures are Extremely Misleading
Aqeel, the manager, and one other member of staff were very nice.
The listing photos show a bright, modern flat with white walls, a blue sofa, framed art and floor-to-ceiling windows. That is not the flat we got. We were put in flat 37 on the seventh floor of the Adriatic building, and it was ugly and decrepit. The furnishings were cheap. It had not been cleaned properly. The building has a distinct, unpleasant smell. There is no cooling. The flat sat at 26°C for the whole stay, and the fans made no difference. We had paid for late checkout. On the day of departure, staff asked us to cancel it and offered a refund only for the hours we had not used. We have never experienced that anywhere. They also charged our deposit, and we are still waiting for the refund. Apart from Aqeel and one other member of staff, the customer service was extremely unprofessional. The property is badly run. It has around 30 flats, and the photos on Booking.com are not of the one you will be given. Do not trust them.

Good value, close to excel venue.
Great location, next to the excel venue. Very clean, tidy, well equipped. Staff was nice on arrival. Wifi is good.
Broken handle in the bathroom stored inside the mirror drawer. Not the comfiest bed. The view on the pictures are on the river, which is not the case on the appartement I was assigned to.
