For those who wants to live close to the ilford station!
If you want to live close to the ilford station and next to all the restaurants and shops then it is a perfect choice!
Property definitely needs refurbishment, the kitchen floor was water damaged, cabinet in the toilet was broken, the door where they have installed the water heater doesn’t close and damaged, mould in the toilet, at least buy a new sofa please! Pictures are attached so you guys can have a look, proof attached!

Terrible experience – misleading photos and serious mould problem As soon as we entered the apartment, we immediately noticed a strong smell of damp and mould. The bathroom was full of moisture and mould. The mould was clearly visible on the walls, and the smell was present in the air. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading. The bathroom is photographed in a way that only shows the upper part, while the lower part of the bathroom is in extremely poor condition and looks completely neglected. The kitchen was also in a terrible state. The floor was damp and mouldy, and parts of it were raised. There was also mould on the kitchen ceiling. The entire apartment smelled strongly of damp and mould. We tried to contact the owner, but he did not respond. We then submitted a complaint through Booking.com, but we had to wait a long time for a response. When the owner eventually contacted us, his response was simply that if we did not like the apartment, we could leave. After calling Booking.com three times, we finally managed to get a refund. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. The condition of the apartment was completely different from what we expected based on the photos and description. The lack of communication and the owner's attitude made the situation even worse. We would definitely not recommend this accommodation and strongly advise future guests to be very careful when booking.

Its definitely worth the money.
It was very quiet,clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay.. also only a short walk to the nearest tube.
Some things needed either repairing or replacing as worn or damaged.
